Let's get to know each other!

Mortgage Pre-Qualification

If you're not already pre-qualified, I will introduce you to one of the top lenders in the area. In order to determine how much home you can afford, you will be asked to provide recent pay stubs, W2 forms, and at least 2 years of tax returns.

It's time to search for your home!

Congratulations on your pre-qualification. Now comes the fun part! We'll start searching for your new home that meets your criteria and is aligned with your budget. I will utilize all my resources, from exclusive Off Market listings and MLS listings, to give you the best advantage possible.

Schedule property showings and attend open houses.

This is the part everyone looks forward to; attending private showings and open houses. We'll then be able to narrow down your specific wants and needs after viewing multiple properties in person even further.

Write an offer for your new home.

Congratulations, if you're putting in an offer, it means you have found a home that meets all your criteria. I will work tirelessly to make sure your offer is accepted.

Inspecting your future home.

Once your offer has been accepted, it's time to schedule an inspection for the property. The inspection ensures there aren't any major issues with your future home.

Lender orders an appraisal for the property.

The appraisal guarantees your new home is priced at fair market value.
